UQESH ® flooring system has an organic base – castor oil extracted from the shelled seeds of the castor bean. No solvent is used in its making, so it doesn't emit harmful fumes over time. A bio-based choice for a good environment and good health!
The presence of inflammable substances is common in industrial and commercial areas. Unlike traditional polyurethane, the UQESH flooring system is flame retardant - it mitigates the risk of fire breakouts within your premises.
Industries like food and drug production involve the use of different corrosive chemicals. The floors in such wet environments may develop red, brown, or orange corrosion stains over time. UQESH can save your floors from chemical damage because it is resistant to acid and alkali seawater corrosion.
UQESH makes floors dirt-resistant and easy to clean by forming a thick and dense protective layer on the surface. Dirt and dust particles can't penetrate or accumulate into this material, preventing mold and bacterial growth on the floor.
Traditional resin floor coating weakens under high heat generated by the friction of heavy machines or industrial activities like boiling water flushing. Consequently, cavities and fragments appear on the floor within a short period. In contrast, UQESH is a composite material with high and low-temperature resistance that can withstand extreme thermal shocks.
UQESH flooring system is available in a wide range of textures, from smooth, terrazzo textures to very rough, non-slip ones. For wet processing areas, the waterproof property of UQESH composite flooring ensures that no water remains on the floor's surface.
Exposure to heat and chemicals doesn't negatively impact the UQESH composite material. Its good aging resistance makes your floor long-lasting, despite all the wear and tear!
This material doesn't crack easily, thanks to its high mechanical strength and low elasticity. Cement high adhesion allows industrial floors to handle heavy mechanical load and impact.
UQESH doesn't take as much time to dry and cure as traditional polyurethane mortar. The floor of your premises becomes functional quickly after application.
